Description

The OMD-507 online oxygen analyzer is designed to measure oxygen from 0.01 parts-per-million up to 100%.ย  The unit combines an advanced set of electronic features including a smart MENU interface with our industry leading precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. The result is a highly reliable and cost effective design with easy-to-use user interface.

  • Enclosure Type: General Purpose
  • Enclosure Material: Rugged Anodized Aluminum
  • Standard Ranges: 0 โ€“ 10/100/1000/10000 PPM & 25%
  • Optional Ranges: 0 โ€“ 1/5/10/25 & 100 %
  • Resolution: 0.01 PPM or 0.01 %
  • Input Power: 2-wire loop, 3-wire, 6-wire

The built in smart MENU interface allow the user to fully configure the analyzer through the onboard MENU system.ย  No need for a complicated laptop or other control device to setup the analyzer in the field.ย  Electronic features include 4 โ€“ 20mA output (optional isolated 4 – 20mA with 3-wire configuration), (Optional 0 โ€“ 10VDC, 0 โ€“ 10VDC Analog Output with 6-wire configuration), (Optional Bi-Directional Modbus RS485 ASCII with 6-wire configuration).

The OMD-507 offers 3 distinct input power options to meet most industrial installations.ย  2-wire loop power with non-isolated 4 โ€“ 20mA output, 3-wire power with isolated 4 โ€“ 20mA output & 6-wire 12 โ€“ 24VDC with non-isolated 4 โ€“ 20mA, 0 โ€“ 10VDC and 0 โ€“ 1VDC.

The oxygen sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal and is manufactured in house under a strict quality procedure.ย  The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required โ€“ no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte.ย  The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life.

The analyzer comes with multiple ranges from 0 โ€“ 10 PPM up to 0 โ€“ 100%. It can be configured for trace (PPM), percent, or purity oxygen analysis using the onboard menu and appropriate sensor. Sensors designed for acidic/CO2 background gas applications are available as well.

Sensor Housing configuration options include KF-40 (inert glove box, NW40F) direct fit or flow through sensor housing with 6 mm, 1/8โ€ณ or 1/4โ€ณ compression tube fittings
