Southland Sensing oxygen deficiency monitors are designed for continuous, real-time monitoring of ambient oxygen levels in confined spaces and industrial environments. The OMD-351 provides audible and visual alarms to help protect personnel from potentially hazardous oxygen-deficient conditions caused by nitrogen, argon, helium, and other gases that can displace oxygen.
The OMD-351 features Southland Sensingโs precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology, an intuitive user interface, configurable alarm setpoints, relay outputs, and integral battery backup in a rugged wall-mount enclosure.
Optional carbon dioxide monitoring is available for applications where elevated COโ may present an additional atmospheric hazard.
Typical applications include gas storage rooms, cryogenic facilities, laboratories, breweries and wineries, industrial gas facilities, and other enclosed areas where oxygen displacement may occur.

The OMD-351 features an intuitive menu-driven interface with integral audible and visual LED alarms. Standard alarm setpoints are configured at 20.0% Oโ for warning and 19.5% Oโ for low alarm, with user-adjustable settings to accommodate specific facility requirements. Optional carbon dioxide monitoring is also available for applications where elevated COโ may present an additional atmospheric hazard.
