Southland Sensing offers a complete line of pre-engineered gas sample handling systems designed to deliver clean, stable, and properly conditioned sample gas to your O2, CO2, and H2S analyzers. Provides a simple and convenient way to switch between process sample gas and span gas for routine analyzer calibration using an integral 3-way valve โ€” no disconnecting tubing or temporary calibration connections needed. An integral flow indicator and metering valve give visual confirmation and easy adjustment of gas flow along a single, common flow path to the analyzer.

Specific applications include periodic calibration of O2, CO2, and H2S analyzers on process gas streams, biogas monitoring, and installations requiring a permanent, low-maintenance calibration setup.

Designed for high-pressure gas applications where the process sample must be reduced and controlled before entering the analyzer. An integral pressure regulator and gauge reduce inlet pressure and monitor sample conditions, while the BYPASS/SAMPLE isolation valve keeps the analyzer isolated and protected during shutdown.

Specific applications include high-pressure pipeline sampling, PPM-level measurement points, and processes requiring sensor protection when the system is not in active use.

Built for applications where the process doesn’t provide enough positive pressure or flow to establish a reliable sample. An integral sampling pump actively draws gas through the line while a 0.1 ยตm coalescing filter removes moisture and particulates upstream of the analyzer.

Specific applications include low-pressure, no-pressure, and slight-vacuum sample sources such as landfill gas, digester gas, and other biogas monitoring points.
