Endüstriyel Sampling Systems

Southland Sensing offers a complete line of pre-engineered gas sample handling systems designed to deliver clean, stable, and properly conditioned sample gas to your O₂, CO₂, and H₂S analyzers.

Selecting the right system depends primarily on your available sample pressure. The SS-1000 is designed for applications with normal positive sample pressure and provides SAMPLE/SPAN switching and flow control, making it ideal for permanently connecting a calibration gas cylinder directly to the analyzer system. For high-pressure sample sources, the SS-1200 adds pressure regulation and analyzer isolation. When little or no sample pressure is available, the SS-1400 uses an integral pump to provide reliable sample flow to the analyzer.

All systems are constructed from 304 stainless steel for reliable, permanently installed operation and are compatible with Southland Sensing 150 and 525X Series analyzers.

Provides a simple, permanently installed solution for switching between process sample gas and calibration gas. An integral 3-way SAMPLE/SPAN valve allows operators to perform routine analyzer calibrations without disconnecting tubing or making temporary gas connections.

An integral flow indicator and metering valve provide visual confirmation and precise adjustment of gas flow through a single common flow path to the analyzer.

Ideal for O₂, CO₂, and H₂S analyzers requiring routine calibration and a clean, convenient method of permanently connecting both process and calibration gas sources.

Designed for high-pressure gas applications where process pressure must be safely reduced and controlled before the sample enters the analyzer. An integral pressure regulator and gauge allow the operator to reduce and monitor sample pressure, while the flow indicator and metering valve provide precise adjustment of sample flow to the analyzer.

An integral BYPASS/SAMPLE isolation valve allows the analyzer to be isolated from the process stream during startup, shutdown, maintenance, or other periods when sample flow to the analyzer is not desired.

Ideal for high-pressure pipelines, process gas systems, and other installations requiring pressure reduction, controlled sample flow, and added analyzer protection.

Designed for applications where the process does not provide sufficient positive pressure or flow to deliver a reliable sample to the analyzer. An integral sampling pump actively draws sample gas from the process and provides consistent flow through the analyzer.

A 0.1 µm coalescing filter installed upstream of the analyzer helps remove entrained moisture and particulates, providing additional protection for the analyzer and sensor.

Ideal for low-pressure, atmospheric, and slight-vacuum sample sources including landfill gas, digester gas, biogas, tanks, and other applications where the sample must be actively drawn to the analyzer.
