OMD-560 Oxygen Analyzer

The OMD-560 combines a rugged portable design with Southland Sensing’s precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology for accurate trace oxygen measurement. Designed for field and plant use, the analyzer provides reliable PPM oxygen measurement with a straightforward, easy-to-use interface.

The analyzer features a 0–10 PPM O₂ full-scale low range for demanding trace oxygen applications. A removable USB flash drive provides convenient data logging in .CSV format, allowing recorded measurements to be easily transferred to a computer for review, documentation, or further analysis.

The high-visibility display is designed for readability in direct sunlight, making the OMD-560 well suited for outdoor and field applications.

The OMD-560 utilizes Southland Sensing’s galvanic electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. All oxygen sensors are manufactured in-house under a controlled quality program and are self-contained, requiring minimal routine maintenance with no electrodes to clean or electrolyte to replenish.

Two sensor chemistries are available to accommodate different process gas compositions. The standard TO2-1x sensor is designed for applications containing background gases such as hydrogen, helium, and hydrocarbons. For applications containing acid gases, including carbon dioxide and many natural gas streams, the TO2-2x provides an acid-resistant alternative.

The combination of portable operation, a 0–10 PPM low range, USB data logging, rugged construction, and application-specific sensor options makes the OMD-560 a versatile solution for portable trace oxygen measurement across a wide range of industrial processes.
