The OMD-775 is designed for continuous online measurement of elevated oxygen concentrations from 21โ100% Oโ. Combining advanced electronics with Southland Sensingโs precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology, the analyzer provides accurate and reliable oxygen purity measurement in a cost-effective 19″ rack-mount configuration.
The OMD-775 features integral digital temperature and barometric pressure compensation to improve measurement accuracy across changing operating conditions. The standard 0โ100% Oโ measurement range provides 0.01% resolution, while user-selectable suppressed ranges of 50โ100%, 80โ100%, and 90โ100% Oโ provide enhanced resolution for high-purity oxygen applications. Automatic ranging across all four measurement ranges is also available.
Analog output options include voltage or current outputs for connection to process control and data acquisition systems. Bi-directional digital communications are provided through MODBUS RS485 RTU.
Two fully adjustable Form C, non-latching alarm relays can be independently configured for high or low oxygen conditions, normally open or normally closed operation, and optional alarm delay. A dedicated Form C, non-latching power-failure alarm relay is also provided as standard.
At the heart of the OMD-775 is Southland Sensingโs galvanic electrochemical oxygen sensor. The sensor is manufactured in-house under a controlled quality program and works in conjunction with the analyzer’s temperature and barometric pressure compensation to provide dependable high-concentration oxygen measurement.
The OMD-775 provides a reliable, cost-effective alternative to traditional paramagnetic oxygen analyzers for applications where continuous high-purity oxygen measurement is required. Its standard 19″ rack-mount configuration, field-selectable measurement ranges, comprehensive outputs, and straightforward user interface make it easy to integrate into new or existing process systems.
