H2S Analyzer:
The H2S-150 Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer combines a rugged wall-mount design with Southland Sensingโs precision electrochemical HโS sensor technology. Designed for continuous monitoring in natural gas, biogas, landfill gas, wastewater, and other industrial applications, the analyzer provides reliable and cost-effective HโS measurement with a straightforward, easy-to-use interface.
The H2S-150 is CE marked and housed in an IP66 / NEMA 4X enclosure suitable for outdoor and general-purpose industrial installations.
Process gas connections are provided through compression tube fittings, with 1/8″, 1/4″, and 6 mm sizes available. Optional sample systems can be configured based on the specific process conditions and application requirements.
The analyzer is available in two electronic configurations. The standard 6-wire configuration operates from 12โ24 VDC and provides both 4โ20 mA and 0โ10 VDC analog outputs. An optional 6-wire configuration adds bi-directional MODBUS RS485 ASCII communications for integration with plant control, SCADA, and data acquisition systems.
H2S Sensor Technology:
The HโS sensor used in the H2S-150 is based on proven electrochemical fuel cell technology and is designed for reliable hydrogen sulfide measurement across a wide range of industrial applications. Southland Sensing HโS sensors are manufactured under a controlled quality program to provide consistent performance, accuracy, and long-term stability.
The sensor is completely self-contained and requires minimal routine maintenance, with no electrodes to clean or electrolyte to replenish.

H2S sensors should be periodically calibrated. Factory recommendation is every 1 – 3 months or as the application dictates. Sensors offer excellent linearity when calibrated to a certified span gas.
