The built in smart MENU interface allow the user to fully configure the analyzer through the onboard MENU system. No need for a complicated laptop or other control device to setup the analyzer in the field.
The electronics are highly reliable and feature packed with a very easy-to-use MENU interface. Electronic features include 4 – 20mA output, RANGE ID 1 – 5VDC output, 2 alarm relay contacts, multiple ranges and a 10 – 28VDC or 100 – 240V AC power input, and a USB data logging feature.
The oxygen sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal and is manufactured in house under a strict quality procedure. The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte. The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life.
The analyzer comes with multiple ranges from 0 – 10 PPM up to 0 – 100%. It can be configured for trace (PPM), percent, or purity oxygen analysis using the onboard menu and appropriate sensor. Sensors designed for acidic/CO2 background gas applications are available as well.
Gas fittings are available as 6 mm, 1/8″ or 1/4″ compression tube fittings.
The highlight of the advanced set of electronics includes a USB output for data logging. Data logging can be done via a removable USB flash drive and data can be taken in 1 minute intervals. An 8 GB flash drive can store data for 50+ years.
