The OMD-351-O2 Oxygen Deficiency Monitor is designed for continuous real-time monitoring of oxygen levels in confined spaces and industrial environments. The monitor combines an advanced set of electronic features, including a smart MENU interface, with Southland Sensingโs precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. The result is a highly reliable and cost-effective oxygen safety monitor with an easy-to-use interface.

The built-in smart MENU interface allows the user to fully configure the monitor through the onboard display. Alarm settings and other operating parameters can be adjusted directly at the unit without the need for a laptop, software or external control device.
The oxygen sensor used in the OMD-351-O2 is based on galvanic electrochemical fuel cell technology and is manufactured in-house by Southland Sensing Ltd. The sensor is self-contained, long-life and requires minimal routine maintenance with no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte. Southland Sensingโs precision oxygen sensor technology provides excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing expected sensor life.
The OMD-351-O2 is designed specifically for oxygen deficiency monitoring in confined spaces and industrial environments where inert gases such as nitrogen, argon or helium may displace oxygen and create a potentially hazardous atmosphere.
Typical applications include gas storage rooms, laboratories, cryogenic facilities, manufacturing areas and other enclosed spaces where continuous oxygen monitoring is required to help protect personnel from oxygen depletion.
Integrated audible and visual alarms, adjustable relay contacts, 4โ20 mA output and rechargeable battery backup provide a complete solution for continuous oxygen deficiency monitoring.
