OMD-740 Oxygen Analyzer

The OMD-740 combines a rugged portable design with Southland Sensing’s precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology for accurate measurement of elevated oxygen concentrations. Integral digital temperature and barometric pressure compensation provide dependable measurement across changing operating conditions, while the intuitive user interface makes the analyzer easy to operate in both field and plant environments.

The analyzer comes standard with a 0–100% O₂ measurement range with 0.01% resolution. User-selectable suppressed ranges of 50–100%, 80–100%, and 90–100% O₂ provide enhanced resolution for high-purity oxygen applications.

A removable USB flash drive provides convenient data logging in .CSV format, allowing recorded measurements to be easily transferred to a computer for review, documentation, or further analysis. The high-visibility display is designed for readability in direct sunlight, making the OMD-740 well suited for outdoor and field applications.

At the heart of the OMD-740 is Southland Sensing’s galvanic electrochemical oxygen sensor. The sensor is manufactured in-house under a controlled quality program and works in conjunction with the analyzer’s temperature and barometric pressure compensation to provide reliable high-concentration oxygen measurement.

The self-contained oxygen sensor requires minimal maintenance, with no electrodes to clean or electrolyte to replenish. Combined with its portable design, integral sample system, data logging capability, and field-selectable measurement ranges, the OMD-740 provides a reliable, cost-effective alternative to portable paramagnetic oxygen analyzers for high-purity oxygen measurement.
