Oxygen Analyzer:

The OMD-190 Oxygen Analyzer combines a compact panel-mount design with Southland Sensing’s precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. Designed for both new installations and replacement of existing panel-mount analyzers, the OMD-190 provides reliable and cost-effective trace, percent, and oxygen purity measurement with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface.

Trace oxygen measurement ranges include 0–10 PPM, 0–100 PPM, 0–1,000 PPM, 0–10,000 PPM, and 0–25% O₂. Percent and purity measurement ranges include 0–1%, 0–5%, 0–10%, 0–25%, and 0–100% O₂.

The analyzer can be configured by the user for trace PPM, percent, or oxygen purity measurement by selecting the appropriate oxygen sensor through the built-in menu. This allows the same analyzer platform to support a wide range of oxygen measurement applications.

The analog output can be manually assigned to a selected measurement range through the analyzer menu. Alternatively, the auto-range function can be used in conjunction with the Range ID output to communicate the active measurement range to a PLC, DCS, or other process control system.

Process gas connections are available with compression tube fittings or a KF-40 sensor housing for direct installation into compatible process equipment.

电源要求

Input Power: 100–240 VAC, 50/60 Hz or 10–28 VDC
Current Draw: 50 mA nominal (DC operation)

Oxygen Sensor Technology:

The oxygen sensors used in the OMD-190 are based on proven galvanic electrochemical fuel cell technology. All oxygen sensors are manufactured in-house by Southland Sensing Ltd. under a controlled quality program to provide consistent performance, accuracy, and long-term stability.

Multiple sensor chemistries are available to accommodate different process gas compositions. Standard sensors are designed for applications containing background gases such as hydrogen, helium, and hydrocarbons. Acid-resistant sensors are available for applications containing carbon dioxide and other acid gas backgrounds, including many natural gas streams.

Southland Sensing oxygen sensors are completely self-contained and require minimal routine maintenance, with no electrodes to clean or electrolyte to replenish.

Southland Sensing’s precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology provides reliable oxygen measurement while maintaining long sensor life across a wide range of industrial applications.

Oxygen Sensors:

The OMD-190 is available with multiple oxygen sensor configurations to accommodate trace, percent, and oxygen purity measurement across a variety of process gas compositions.

TO2-1X PPM Oxygen Sensor: Trace Oxygen Analysis – Standard Applications
TO2-2X PPM Oxygen Sensor: Trace Oxygen Analysis – Acid Gas Applications
PO2-160 Percent Oxygen Sensor: Percent Oxygen Analysis – Standard Applications
PO2-24 Percent Oxygen Sensor: Percent Oxygen Analysis – Acid Gas Applications
PO2-1120 Purity Oxygen Sensor: Oxygen Purity Analysis
TO2-19 Hybrid Oxygen Sensor: Trace or Percent Oxygen Analysis

Oxygen sensors should be periodically calibrated to maintain measurement accuracy. Southland Sensing recommends calibration approximately every 2–3 months, or at an interval appropriate for the specific application and operating conditions.

The sensors provide excellent linearity and can be conveniently calibrated using ambient air when appropriate. For applications requiring greater calibration accuracy or traceability, a certified span gas can be used.
