The performance of any gas analyzer is only as good as the sampling system supporting it. Proper sample conditioning is essential to ensuring accurate, reliable, and repeatable measurements while protecting sensitive analyzer components from moisture, contaminants, and pressure fluctuations.

Southland Sensing offers a comprehensive range of gas sampling components, including condensers, coalescing filters, pressure regulators, H₂S scrubbers, sample pumps, and flow control accessories. Whether building a new sampling system or upgrading an existing installation, our components help optimize analyzer performance, extend sensor life, and reduce maintenance requirements.

The AMS-100 Series provides further protection for the sensor with a gas-permeable membrane that filters liquids and protects the analyzer from liquid slugs. Designed specifically for the natural gas industry, it can be mounted directly to a pipeline.

Available as the AMS-100 separator, the AMS-100R with pressure regulator, the AMS-100RL with regulator and liquid drain valve, and the AMS-100RLBG with regulator, liquid bypass valve, and gauge. Membrane replacement (AMS-PK1) and full rebuild (AMS-PK2) kits keep the separator easy to service in the field.

The CND-225 delivers reliable, first-stage sample conditioning by rapidly cooling pipeline gas to remove suspended liquids. Its solid stainless-steel body acts as a high-efficiency heat sink, forcing water, hydrocarbons, and glycols to condense and separate from the gas stream before they reach the analyzer.

Designed for rugged field environments, the CND-225 protects sensitive instrumentation, reduces maintenance, and helps ensure cleaner, more stable sample quality. It is intended for use with the AMS-100 Series Membrane Separator and should be installed upstream in the sample path in a vertical alignment.
