OMD-480 Oxygen Analyzer

The OMD-480 is designed to provide an easy and convenient solution for portable percent oxygen measurement in industrial and field applications. Its compact, rugged enclosure makes the analyzer well suited for spot-checking oxygen concentrations where portability and dependable operation are required.

The analyzer features a 0–25% O₂ measurement range and compression tube sample fittings for secure connection to the process gas. Its straightforward user interface provides quick access to analyzer functions and makes the OMD-480 easy to operate in both field and plant environments.

A removable USB flash drive provides convenient data logging in .CSV format for transferring, reviewing, and documenting recorded measurements. The analyzer can also perform continuous analysis while connected to its charger, allowing it to be used for extended testing when required.

The OMD-480 utilizes Southland Sensing’s precision galvanic electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. The self-contained sensor requires minimal routine maintenance, with no electrodes to clean or electrolyte to replenish, providing a reliable and cost-effective solution for portable percent oxygen measurement.
