SS-1200 Sample System

The Southland Sensing SS-1200 Sample System is designed
for high-pressure gas applications where the process
sample must be reduced and controlled before entering the
analyzer. An integral pressure regulator and pressure
gauge allow the operator to reduce inlet pressure and
monitor sample conditions directly at the system.
For PPM measurement applications, the integral BYPASS /
SAMPLE valve allows the analyzer to be isolated from the
process when the system is not in use. This helps keep the
sample path closed and limits unnecessary exposure of the
sensor to ambient air during shutdown.
An integral flow indicator with metering valve provides
visual confirmation and easy adjustment of sample flow to
the analyzer. The SS-1200 combines pressure reduction,
isolation, and flow control into a compact, permanently
installed sample-handling system.
Analyzer Compatibility: Southland Sensing 150 and
525X series analyzers for O₂, CO₂, and H₂S measurement.
