AMS-100 Series Membrane Separator

Cái / Chiếc AMS-100 Series Advanced Membrane Separator provides further protection for the sensor with a gas-permeable membrane that filters any liquids and protects the analyzer from liquid slugs. It is designed specifically for the natural gas industry and can be mounted directly to a pipeline.

The AMS-100 is available in four configurations: the base AMS-100 membrane separator, the AMS-100R with pressure regulator, the AMS-100RL with pressure regulator and liquid drain valve, and the AMS-100RLBG with pressure regulator, liquid bypass valve, and gauge.

The separator is easily field-serviceable. The AMS-PK1 membrane replacement kit includes an O-ring and hydrophobic membrane, and the AMS-PK2 full rebuild kit adds a perforated metal diaphragm.

For best results, use the AMS-100 Series with the CND-225 Pipeline Condenser, which removes suspended liquids upstream before the sample reaches the separator.
