OMD-580 Oxygen Analyzer

The OMD-580 is designed to provide an easy and convenient solution for portable trace oxygen measurement in industrial and field applications. Its compact, rugged enclosure makes the analyzer well suited for spot-checking PPM oxygen levels where portability and dependable operation are required.

The analyzer features a 0–10 PPM O₂ low range and a 0–25% O₂ high range, allowing both trace and percent oxygen measurements with a single instrument. Quick-disconnect isolation fittings help protect the sample path from ambient air when the analyzer is not in use and simplify connection to the process gas.

A removable USB flash drive provides convenient data logging in .CSV format for transferring and reviewing recorded measurements. The analyzer can also perform continuous analysis while connected to its charger, allowing it to be used for extended testing when required.

The OMD-580 utilizes Southland Sensing’s precision galvanic electrochemical oxygen sensor technology. Standard and acid-resistant sensor options are available to accommodate a wide range of background gases and industrial applications.
