The OMD-507 Online Oxygen Analyzer<\/strong> is a compact, highly configurable oxygen analyzer designed for continuous measurement from trace oxygen levels as low as 0.01 ppm through 100% oxygen<\/strong>. Combining Southland Sensing\u2019s precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology with an advanced digital electronics platform, the OMD-507 provides reliable oxygen measurement in a rugged, cost-effective package.<\/p>\n

An integrated smart MENU interface<\/strong> allows operators to configure, calibrate, and troubleshoot the analyzer directly from the front panel. No laptop, external programming device, or specialized software is required for setup in the field.<\/p>\n

      Precision Electrochemical Oxygen Sensor<\/h3>\n

      At the heart of the OMD-507 is Southland Sensing\u2019s galvanic electrochemical fuel-cell oxygen sensor<\/strong>, manufactured in-house under strict quality procedures. The self-contained sensor requires minimal maintenance\u2014there are no electrodes to clean and no electrolyte to replenish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Trace, Percent and Purity Oxygen Measurement<\/h3>\n

      The OMD-507 can be configured for trace (ppm), percent, or oxygen purity measurement<\/strong>, with measurement ranges extending from 0\u201310 ppm through 0\u2013100% O\u2082<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Sensor options are available for different measurement ranges and background gases, including specialized sensors designed for applications containing CO\u2082 or acidic gas components<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
