The integral flow indicator with metering valve provides visual confirmation and adjustment of sample flow to the analyzer.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A <strong>BYPASS \/ SAMPLE isolation valve<\/strong> allows the analyzer to be isolated from the process stream while maintaining flow through the sample system bypass. This is particularly useful during startup, shutdown, maintenance, or periods when continuous exposure of the analyzer and sensor to the process gas is not desired.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">By combining pressure reduction, analyzer isolation, bypass flow, and sample flow adjustment into a single permanently installed system, the SS-1200 provides a simple and reliable interface between high-pressure process gas and the analyzer.<\/p><p><strong>Analyzer Compatibility:<\/strong> Southland Sensing 150 and 525X Series analyzers for O\u2082, CO\u2082, and H\u2082S measurement.<\/p><h3>How It Works<\/h3><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">High-pressure process gas enters the <strong>SS-1200<\/strong> and is reduced to the appropriate sample pressure using the integral pressure regulator. The pressure gauge provides visual confirmation of the regulated pressure.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">During normal measurement, the selector valve is placed in the <strong>SAMPLE<\/strong> position, directing conditioned sample gas through the flow indicator and to the analyzer.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When analyzer isolation is required, the valve is placed in the <strong>BYPASS<\/strong> position. Process gas continues to flow through the bypass while the analyzer is isolated from the sample stream.<\/p><p>This arrangement allows the sample system to remain connected to the process while
