{"id":713,"date":"2019-04-18T07:57:12","date_gmt":"2019-04-18T07:57:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sso2.com\/?post_type=product&#038;p=713"},"modified":"2025-11-19T12:40:27","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T12:40:27","slug":"portable-trace-oxygen-analyzer-ce","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/sso2.com\/en\/product\/portable-trace-oxygen-analyzer-ce\/","title":{"rendered":"OMD-640 Oxygen Analyzer w\/Sample System"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The OMD-640 portable trace oxygen analyzer combines a rugged anodized aluminum enclosure, integral bypass sample system and an advanced set of electronic features including a smart MENU interface with our industry leading precision electrochemical oxygen sensor technology.\u00a0 The result is a highly reliable and cost effective design with easy-to-use user interface.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enclosure: Anodized Aluminum; Portable<\/li>\n<li>Available Ranges: 0 &#8211; 1\/10\/100\/1000 PPM &amp; 0 &#8211; 25%<\/li>\n<li>Sample System: Integral w\/ Bypass and Flow Control<\/li>\n<li>Resolution: 0.001 PPM<\/li>\n<li>Input Power: 100 &#8211; 240 VAC w\/ International Plug<\/li>\n<li>Analog Output: 0 &#8211; 1V DC<\/li>\n<li>Data Logging: Removeable USB Flash Drive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The built in smart MENU interface allow the user to fully configure the analyzer through the onboard MENU system.\u00a0 No need for a complicated laptop or other control device to setup the analyzer in the field.\u00a0 Another\u00a0highlight of the advanced set of electronics includes a USB output for data logging.\u00a0 Data logging can be done via a removable USB flash drive and data can be taken in 1 minute intervals.\u00a0 An 8 GB flash drive can store data for 50+ years.<\/p>\n<p>The analyzer comes with a built in sample system that includes a front accessible sensor housing, a flow control knob, flow indicator and a 4-way bypass valve.\u00a0 Gas inlet is made via 1\/8&#8243; Compression tube fitting.\u00a0 The 4-way bypass valve allows the user to purge the gas lines prior to sending the gas to the oxygen sensor allowing for a much quicker gas measurement over quick disconnect type analyzers.<\/p>\n<p>The analyzer is designed as an extractive type unit to draw the sample through its integrated sample system which includes a bypass \/ isolation valve, flow needle valve and a visual rotameter \/ flowmeter.<\/p>\n<p>The standard cell (TO2-133) is unaffected by other background gases such as hydrogen, helium, or hydrocarbons.
