F\u00fcr die Einrichtung des Ger\u00e4ts vor Ort ist kein komplizierter Laptop oder ein sonstiges Steuerger\u00e4t erforderlich. Ein weiteres Highlight der modernen Elektronik ist der USB-Ausgang zur Datenaufzeichnung. Die Aufzeichnung erfolgt auf einem austauschbaren USB-Speicherstick, wobei die Daten in Intervallen von einer Minute erfasst werden. Auf einem 8-GB-Speicherstick lassen sich Daten f\u00fcr mehr als 50 Jahre speichern.<\/p>\n<p>Das Analyseger\u00e4t verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber ein integriertes Probennahmesystem, das ein von vorne zug\u00e4ngliches Sensorgeh\u00e4use, einen Durchflussregler, eine Durchflussanzeige sowie ein 4-Wege-Bypassventil umfasst. Der Gaseinlass erfolgt \u00fcber eine 1\/8-Zoll-Klemmringverschraubung. Das 4-Wege-Bypassventil erm\u00f6glicht es dem Anwender, die Gasleitungen zu sp\u00fclen, bevor das Gas zum Sauerstoffsensor geleitet wird; dies sorgt f\u00fcr eine deutlich schnellere Gasmessung im Vergleich zu Analyseger\u00e4ten mit Schnellkupplungen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Analysator ist als extraktives System konzipiert, das die Probe \u00fcber ein integriertes Probennahmesystem ansaugt; dieses umfasst ein Bypass-\/Absperrventil, ein Nadelventil zur Durchflussregelung sowie einen optischen Schwebek\u00f6rper-Durchflussmesser (Rotameter).<\/p>\n<p>Die Standardmesszelle (TO2-133) wird durch andere Hintergrundgase wie Wasserstoff, Helium oder Kohlenwasserstoffe nicht beeintr\u00e4chtigt. Die optionale Zelle f\u00fcr saure Gase (TO2-233) eignet sich hervorragend f\u00fcr den Einsatz bei Vorhandensein saurer Gase wie CO2 oder Erdgas.
